Drop the video. We'll write the rest.

SloePost watches one folder. It transcribes your edit on your machine, drafts the title, description and hashtags for each platform, and publishes to TikTok and YouTube Shorts — after you approve.

An engraved snail carrying a spiral shell
Your video stays on this machine until you press publish. Only text goes to the provider you choose.

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

01

Drop

Export straight into the watched folder. No import dialog, no drag and drop.

02

Review

Transcript, draft copy, hashtags, captions. Edit, regenerate, or approve.

03

Publish

Pick TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or both. Each platform reports its own result.

Captions that look deliberate.

Turn on burned-in captions and style them once: size, colour, outline and position. Three presets, or make your own. The preview uses the same metrics as the final render, so what you approve is what publishes.

  • Word-level timing, not guessed sentence breaks
  • Two lines, never a wall of text
  • Rendered locally — the video is not uploaded for styling

Your footage stays yours.

Transcription and caption rendering happen on your machine. Copy generation sends text only. Publishing uploads the file to the platform you chose — and that is the whole list.

  • Text only, to your provider The transcript and your notes go to the AI provider you configure. Nothing else does.
  • Publishing is explicit The video leaves the machine only when you press publish, only to the platforms you picked.
  • Credentials in the keychain API keys and OAuth tokens never touch the database, the config, or the logs.

macOS first.
